Biggest one in the county

My coffeehouse sits next to an Episcopal church and up until about a month ago, I couldn’t ever figure out why a church would have service at 7:00pm on a Tuesday that would cause their parking lot to overflow into mine and cause a crazy rush of customers.

After spending a grueling summer behind an espresso machine, I have come to know the details and exquisite art of great coffee.  Spending 30+ hours grinding beans, texturizing milk, and creating syrup concoctions many would describe as a gluclose drip, I returned to the academic atmosphere of Creighton University.

I’ve come to find each coffee shop I visit has it’s own personality, as well as its own array of characters. Here are my experiences in my coffee shop and others around the Omaha area.
